CALS Europe
September 2026 | Frankfurt, Germany
Our team is excited once again to bring our successful CALS event to Europe. This two-day event will be held in September. We invite EU and UK-based aviation leaders to apply - Chief Pilots, Accountable Managers, Directors of Aviation, Corporate Flight Departments and CAMO professionals, etc.
CALS is intentionally kept confidential. All sessions are off the record, allowing participants to speak openly and candidly. Whether discussing challenges around hiring and retention or tackling sensitive topics like tariffs and compensation, you can expect honest dialogue in a trusted environment.
In addition, to ensure your full participation and comfort, we will pay for your round-trip travel (flight or train) – if your organization allows; hotel accommodations and all meals and networking events.

Testimonials from our CALS 2025 Event
Great event to connect with peers in Europe, the only one of this format with such a broad audience across the industry.Great group of people that left their titles outside and exchanged without boundaries about all topics in a constructive way.
Is a really rewarding experience, good Networking and possiblity to Exchange Point of view with peers
This is just the sort of event the industry wants! Interactive, thought-provoking, sharing. CALS Europe got off to a brilliant start. Congratulations AIN, for bringing this concept to Europe
This event felt like a breakthrough for Europe, fostering intimate discussions among operators in a secure, confidential setting. Instead of the typical panel or keynote speaker-only curriculum, in which attendees mostly listen, all participants were encouraged to be a part of the conversation. Intimate round tables on a variety of pertinent subjects were followed by the rare chance to speak one on one with the company or people that provide business solutions specific to their needs. It felt productive.
