Integrated Media Sales
The Integrated Media Sales person will be a key member of AIN’s sales team. The right candidate will present and evangelize the AIN Media Group’s collection of brands, products, and services while consistently attaining their revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed annual revenue targets across digital media, events, and print
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts both upselling current accounts and breaking new business
- Leverage data, insights, and measurement to help advertisers achieve their marketing objectives
- Partner with various internal and external campaign stakeholders to ensure successful execution of all client marketing programs
- Develop account based sales strategies
- Accurately maintain the CRM and forecast revenue
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of digital media sales experience
- Deep understanding of the digital ad sales ecosystem and confidence driving opportunities in all contexts within agency, and client buying teams
- Demonstrated ability to construct, and close multi-platform integrated marketing programs
- Self-starter with hunter mentality and proven success soliciting and closing self-generated leads
- Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding new business and revenue targets
- Aggressive work ethic and thrives in an incentive-driven culture
- Strong communication skills and understanding of sales process
- Solution-oriented with the ability to evaluate problems and to drive successful outcomes
- Strong negotiation, influencing skills, and an ability to persuade at all levels of an organization
- Aviation experience strongly preferred
