About the AIN FBO Awards

Since 1981, AIN has conducted its annual FBO survey in which we ask our readers—the industry’s most knowledgeable users of FBO services—to rate the locations they visit. We report the results of the survey every year in our annual FBO report and acknowledge those companies that rank in the top 5, 10, and 20 percent of all FBOs worldwide.

Next year, for the first time we invite you to join us live in New Orleans as we award those companies, as well as the top-rated FBO in the Americas and the Rest of the World, the most improved FBO, and the top scorers in each of the five categories that make up the AIN FBO Survey: Line Service, Facilities, Passenger Amenities, Crew Amenities, and Customer Service.
