FAQ
Our Corporate Aviation Summit is a invitation-only event for flight departments and corporate aviation leaders. Learn more about our event below.
CALS - East/West
How do I register for the summit?
You don’t register. If you are interested in attending, please complete the application form on this site.
Why complete an application form?
The goal of this summit is to match attendees with relevant aircraft and topics of interest so that they can get the most out of meetings and discuss issues that are important to them. The answers on your application will help us match you with the right group of other attendees and solution providers.
What does my invitation include?
AIN Media Group will cover all your costs to attend our Corporate Aviation Leadership Summit, including airfare, hotel, meals, entertainment, and golf should you choose to participate in that.
What does the application entail?
Once you fill out the application, we’ll schedule a call to discuss your qualifications and expectations for the event. Approximately 60 days prior to the event, we wil let you know if you have been selected to attend. Travel arrangements will be made at that time.
What’s the catch?
There’s no catch. We want to have the right group of people at the summit who are making decisions about their flight departments, and we will underwrite expenses to have them there. You will, however, be given a schedule of activities and your end of the agreement is that you will attend everything on yours. That will include roundtable discussions, case-study presentations, keynotes, and one-on-one meetings with solution providers.
Can I see who the presenters will be in advance so that I can prepare questions?
Yes. As speakers, keynote presentations, and activities are confirmed, we will update our agenda page. We will also continually update you on the agenda via email.
What is the format of the summit?
The format will include roundtable discussions, small-group case-study discussions, listening to keynotes and panel discussions, and one-on-one meetings with solution providers and other attendees.
Should I buy my airfare, or will you take care of it?
We will cover the cost of your coach-class airfare, but we will let you buy it so that you can choose your airline, seats, and other travel preferences. Once you book your flight, you can email us your receipt and we will have a check waiting for you at registration for up to $600.
My company doesn’t like any promotion of our flight department outside of our company. Is there any assurance of confidentiality at the summit?
Everything that we discuss at the summit is off the record in media terms. We will not use your name or your company name in anything that AIN Media publishes before or after the event. We will have photographers and videographers at the event for our marketing purposes only.
