This was my first opportunity to attend a CALS event and I found it very professionally rewarding. The scale of the event allowed for targeted networking as well as the ability to engage in open dialogue around shared challenges.
In nearly three decades of corporate aviation, I can honestly say that AIN CALS East was the single best event for meeting with peers and vendors that I have ever participated in.
It was my first time attending and I thought it was a great event. With a small group, unlike the larger events like BACE or S&D I was really able to get meaningful connections with people. The sponsors were all very engaging and truly I enjoyed my time at the event and hope I get the invitation for next year.

The format of the event provides maximum time to build and maintain relationships, meet new vendors in an environment where it is not a constant sales pitch. This event is the most valuable event I attend throughout the year.
I really enjoyed the boardroom sessions. Primarily because of the questions that were asked by the other participants. They often either revealed a blindspot I had to a value proposition of a vendor or made me revisit my priorities and the problems I'm trying to solve.
I’m so glad I attended my first CALS summit. The conversation with vendors and industry peers was valuable in understanding that we’re all facing the same challenges and opportunities, regardless of mission or aircraft type. Surprisingly, some of the best conversations came from meetings with folks I initially thought I wouldn’t have much to talk about with. Loved the mixed format of round tables, board rooms, and 1:1s. The social events were great too - having the tour of Fenway to start really was a great way to meet folks in a relaxed setting before we kicked into the meat of the summit. Top notch in every aspect
